Nearly two decades in corporate leadership, including Reebok and adidas, taught me what it means to lead in high-performance environments where expectations are high, change is constant, and people matter. Additionally, I’m certified through iPEC and International Coaching Federation (ICF), bringing both real-world leadership experience and professional coaching rigor to my work.

That experience shapes how I coach today: practical, strategic, human, and grounded in the realities leaders actually face.
