What is the Cost?
I am set up with various coaching packages for the number of sessions as well as the type of coaching. First, we discuss what you are looking for out of the experience. Then after our initial discovery call, I will send you all of the coaching package details including pricing based on the coaching process best suited for you.

How Does This Work?
Most individual sessions are via phone call or Zoom. We can meet in person if this is preferred, however, it's not a necessary part of the process. I have clients living all over the globe and they enjoy the experience, despite location. It should be noted, Group Coaching and Workshops are preferred to be on-site.

What is the Time Commitment?
Sessions are typically one hour. Obviously, the work and follow-up you do after a session is entirely up to you and the goals you set. Frequency of the sessions will be discussed and catered to your preference. To demonstate though, a typical timeframe is a session every 1-2 weeks for a 4-6 month period.

What Can I Expect to Get Out of This Experience?
This may be frustrating to hear, but you get out of the experience what you put in. I cannot force anyone to make life changes. Conversely, what I can do is be your accountability partner. Supporting you to really think through things objectively. All from a place of non-judgment and curiosity to allow you to step into the best version of yourself.

What is the Confidentiality?
Everything we discuss is protected under client confidentiality including my roster of clients. In the event of a sponsor paying for the service, confidentiality between the client and coach is still completely honored.
The only instance this would not be upheld is under suspicion the client is a harm to themselves or others.
